This print is by Yamanaka Kodo (1869-?), published in Showa 12 (1937). It is a first edition wood-block print. This print was made in commemoration of the 2600th year of Emperor reign. Since this was made as the national request by the Government, there is no indication of a publishing company. Date, artist signature, and seals in the lower right of image.
