Japan is standing on a damaged Russian battleship and a man wearing a crown; "Corea" is seen hiding behind the skirt of Japan. Arranged around this central motif are figures representing "Germany", "China", "France", "Tolky" [i.e., Turkey], holding Japanese and Turkish flags and stomping on the Russian flag, "United State [sic], N. American", and "English" [i.e., England] standing with the British lion.
