Beschreibung:

This is an original Hodo Nishimura print of a Bijin By Kiyomizu Temple in Rain. While Nishimura is famous and prolific for his kacho-e (prints depicting birds and flowers) he did do some more traditional shin-hanga prints. This is a rare and beautiful print from 1930. It is very well preserved in a proper frame and mat as seen in the photos. This print measures 15" x 6 1/2"(mitsugiri-ban/o-hosoban). I acquired this print from a WWII pilot's estate.
