Medium/Technique Woodblock print. Impression Excellent - very good. Colors Excellent - very good. Condition Very good … Lightly toned. Light ink stains on the margins. Margin edges lightly creased. Edition Size 350 Numbered 225 / 350 Description A rainy night at Omiya, a ward of Saitama city in Saitama Prefecture. .Hasui made only sixteen prints for the publisher Kawaguchi and Sakai. These handful works were considered among his finest works. Note "Made in Japan" stamped on verso. Provenance: Robert O. Muller estate.
