Semi-abstract depiction of the balconies of restaurants along Kamo river in Kyoto. Toshijiro was a famous kimono designer. He received the highest honor as artist, "Ningen Kokuho" (Intangible Cultural Property, so-called Living National Treasures), from Japanese government in 1962.
