Beschreibung:

"Matsu no Yukibare". A clear day after snow. Pine trees are covered by the heavy snow. Hasui made only sixteen prints for the publisher Kawaguchi and Sakai. These handful works were considered among his finest work, especially the snow scenes. This print shows well also the printing style of Kawaguchi - Sakai, which has more textured looks compare to the those of other publishers.
