Beschreibung:

The god of fortune, Daikoku with a large sack and the god of luck, Ebisu with his fishing rod. Various lucky symbols were depicted on the background. Meiji A-copy surimono were made mainly for exports. They were elaborately made with metallic pigments and embossing. For many of them, their originals no longer exist.
