It looks like Naruto no Uzumaru (left: played by Ichikawa Kuzo) and Tokuzo's kid Taro as well as the mother Onegi (Onoe Kikujiro) are going to a festival. Tokuzo (right: Kawarazaki Gonnosuke) is waving his hand from a balcony to them.
